We offer convenient bill payment options.  Sign up to have your monthly bill paid automatically through your credit card or bank account.

Spam Filter
for @byelectric.com e-mail addresses
If you are receiving e-mails with [bulk] in the subject, you may not be signed up for the spam filter.  Go to the Spam Quarantine Filter link above to check your settings. Log in with your e-mail address and password.  Go to the Preferences Tab. Then select Spam Settings. Under the Spam Scoring Section, "Use System Defaults" should be "No". Click on SAVE CHANGES to continue. The Quarantine Score should be changed to 1 and the Block Score should be 10. If you continue to receive too much junk mail, you can lower your Tag Score a little to eliminate more spam.  The system automatically sends you an e-mail daily to notify you of the messages in quarantine.  If this is too often for you, go to the Quarantine Settings Tab and change it to weekly or never.  As long as there are no important messages in Quarantine, you can just leave them there to automatically delete over time. If any good mail gets quarantined, you can Whitelist the sender which will deliver the message and skip scanning their e-mails for spam in the future.
